We loved the location of the hotel as it was right in the heart of the city, close to restaurants, sites, and shops. We didn't need a car as everything was within walking distance. Check-in process was unique but easy, done on our phone. We called the hotel and the staff arrived promptly to assist us.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. The hotel facilities were stylish and well-maintained, with a beautiful inner court that added to the overall charm. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the Old Town and within minutes of coffee shops, flamenco shows, restaurants, and museums. The hotel's central patio was a great place to relax and the AC was completely silent, providing a comfortable escape from the summer heat. I was impressed with the cleanliness, the helpfulness of the staff, and the convenient location.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the old city. The rooms were in a typical 'Sevilla house' and we loved the beautiful tiles both in our room and on the roof terrace. The location was perfect, just a few streets away from the magnificent cathedral and surrounded by great tapas bars and restaurants. The staff at the hotel, including the receptionist and cleaner, were amazing. They were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Despite a temporary electricity problem upon our arrival, they worked quickly to resolve it. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel - it was right in the heart of the old city, just a few streets away from the magnificent cathedral and surrounded by great tapas bars and restaurants. The heritage-listed site was incredibly beautiful, and I couldn't resist taking dozens of photos of it. The staff were amazing, professional, and friendly - they went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. The receptionist was an absolute gem, helping me out when I had trouble with my airline check-in. The room was spotlessly clean and had a quirky and attractive design to it.
Nothing at all to complain about, everything was excellent.
