As a lover of gastronomic tourism, I was truly impressed with the dining options at Hotel Giralda Center in Seville. Not only did this hotel have a beautiful restaurant, but the in-room breakfast options, bar/lounge area, and snack bar were just as impressive.

Let’s start with the restaurant - it’s clear that the chefs put a lot of thought and care into each dish they serve. I enjoyed the traditional Spanish dishes like paella and tapas, but was also delighted to find innovative and modern takes on the cuisine. Furthermore, the dining area was beautifully decorated and had a relaxed atmosphere, making it the perfect spot for a leisurely dinner.

Moving on to breakfast - I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel offered in-room breakfast service. The food arrived promptly and was scrumptious, with a variety of options ranging from pastries to healthier breakfast choices like fresh fruit and yogurt.

The bar/lounge area was also a highlight of the hotel. The space had a trendy ambiance and the bartenders were knowledgeable and skilled at crafting delicious and unique cocktails. I ordered a gin and tonic made with artisanal Spanish gin and it was one of the best drinks I’ve ever had.

Finally, the snack bar was a great option for a quick bite on the go. I was able to pick up a sandwich and a coffee before heading out to explore the city. Overall, the food and drink options at Hotel Giralda Center lived up to my high expectations as a self-proclaimed foodie.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the city center, with attractions like Plaza de España and the Cathedral just a short walk away. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, with everything perfectly clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, creating a good atmosphere and making me feel welcome. We loved this hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and stylish. The air conditioning kept us cool in the hot weather, and the centralised speaker system allowed us to enjoy our own music. The sliding doors in the rooms were a great feature, providing privacy for different activities. The pool and terrace bar on the rooftop were absolutely perfect for relaxing with a drink in the evening. The hotel's location was excellent, just a short walk away from the city center and close to everything we wanted to see, including the famous Plaza de España. The breakfast offered a varied range of products and the staff at the restaurant were friendly and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was impeccably clean and had a cozy atmosphere, making it feel more like a 5-star accommodation. The bathroom was spacious and well-maintained. The hotel's location was great, as it was near Plaza de España and conveniently close to public transport. Additionally, it was just a short walk to the city center, around 2 kilometers away. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond with their exceptional friendliness and politeness.
