Impressions
As I stepped into Triana House, I was hit by the sight of delicious delicacies being whipped up in the modern kitchen. Coming to Seville, I was anticipating a plethora of delectable Spanish cuisine, and the hotel did not disappoint. The culinary journey began with a grand breakfast buffet featuring an array of baked goods, cured meats, and cheeses. As I sat down for breakfast on the rooftop terrace overlooking the stunning city, my taste buds were left satiated with the flavors of the Mediterranean.
The hotel's restaurant, T de Triana Restaurant, features a menu created using only the freshest and most wholesome ingredients. The food was expertly prepared by their seasoned chefs, who promised a delightful gastronomic experience with every bite. As I embarked on my culinary adventure, I was presented with an extensive selection of tapas, each dish reflecting the rich history and culture of Spain. I savored the spicy gazpacho, the succulent grilled Iberico pork, and the mouth-watering Spanish omelet.
Adding to the pleasure was the excellent wine pairing, recommended by the sommelier at Triana House. One of my favorite dishes was the "pluma," a cut of Iberian pork cooked to perfection and presented on a bed of mashed potatoes. The wine that accompanied the dish enhanced its earthy, smoky flavors, culminating in a truly unforgettable dining experience.
Overall, Triana House fulfilled all of my gastronomic desires and surpassed my expectations. The exceptional cuisine and expert culinary talents of the chefs and sommeliers transformed the hotel into a foodie's paradise. From the stunningly plated dishes to the stunning views, dining at Triana House was an experience that I will always treasure.
